Program Highlights

The Invited speaker program will be designed under the leadership of the Program Organizing Committee in close collaboration with the Scientific Advisory Committee  for Plenary and SOTA sessions, and with partner organizations like ESOT, AST, ISHLT, TSANZ, ISODP and TID for collaborative workshops.

The plenary and SOTA program will spotlight breakthrough science and emerging technologies shaping the future of pediatric transplantation, including:

  • Robotic surgery in pediatric liver and kidney transplantation
  • Gene therapy for inherited diseases and its impact on transplant care
  • Normothermic regional perfusion and expanding organ utilization
  • Regenerative medicine: from organoids to organ replacement
  • Cellular therapies including CAR-T
  • 3D printing for surgical planning and innovation
  • The next generation of preventable diseases
